Close To What?

This is a follow-up of “How Close Could We Be?”.

First be for we consider that question of “Close To What?”, it would be good to remind ourselves of some basics with GOD.

1) Everything HE said has or will come true.

2) Do we know what has not come true yet?
Questions:

A) Have the Children of Israel fulfilled this:
i.) Leviticus 26:38 And ye shall perish among the nations, and the land of your enemies shall eat you up.
39 And they that are left of you shall pine away in their iniquity in your enemies’ lands; and also in the iniquities of their fathers shall they pine away with them.
40 And they shall confess their iniquity, and the iniquity of their fathers, in their treachery which they committed against Me, and also that they have walked contrary unto Me.
a) NO!

ii.) Deuteronomy 30:1 And it shall come to pass, when all these things are come upon thee, the blessing and the curse, which I have set before thee, and thou shalt bethink thyself among all the nations, whither the LORD thy God hath driven thee,
2 and shalt return unto the LORD thy God, and hearken to His voice according to all that I command thee this day, thou and thy children, with all thy heart, and with all thy soul;
a) NO!

B) Have then nations of the earth with their armies risen to destroy the Land of Israel?
{Ezekiel 38:8 After many days thou shalt be mustered for service, in the latter years thou shalt come against the land that is brought back from the sword, that is gathered out of many peoples, against the mountains of Israel, which have been a continual waste; but it is brought forth out of the peoples, and they dwell safely all of them. 9 And thou shalt ascend, thou shalt come like a storm, thou shalt be like a cloud to cover the land, thou, and all thy bands, and many peoples with thee. 10 Thus saith the Lord GOD: It shall come to pass in that day, that things shall come into thy mind, and thou shalt devise an evil device; 11 and thou shalt say: I will go up against the land of unwalled villages; I will come upon them that are at quiet, that dwell safely, all of them dwelling without walls, and having neither bars nor gates; . . . .15 And thou shalt come from thy place out of the uttermost parts of the north, thou, and many peoples with thee, all of them riding upon horses, a great company and a mighty army; 16 and thou shalt come up against My people Israel, as a cloud to cover the land; it shall be in the end of days, and I will bring thee against My land, that the nations may know Me, when I shall be sanctified through thee, O Gog, before their eyes.

OR Isaiah 11, or there are some more things that need to happen. How long?

Okay, so what exactly is missing, that are show stoppers.
1) All of the Curses and Promises have happened
2) The Children of Israel, are so stricken by events and the punishment that they “return unto the LORD thy God, and hearken to His voice according to all that I command thee this day, thou and thy children, with all thy heart, and with all thy soul;”

If those are show stoppers then what can we expect from events in the very near future? An amount of anguish, pain and suffering for the Children of Israel seven times greater than that of the last punishment. What? If the 1940’s we not bad enough to turn our hearts back to the Source of OUR Existence, and fulfill Leviticus 26 and the end of Deuteronomy, then how bad would need to be to change our hearts?

Daniel 12:4 But thou, O Daniel, shut up the words, and seal the book, even to the time of the end; many shall run to and fro, and knowledge shall be increased.’

I would say that that verse is true. Knowledge, has greatly increased in the last twenty years, where he have found confirmations of theory and Tanakh texts can now be seen Fact. In every area of science we have proof that life here on this planet was not and could not be chance, but required a Designer with Knowledge and wisdom as far above our combined knowledge being equivalent to man standing on the sea shore on earth and the DESIGNER encompassing all visible galaxies with one hand. (Isaiah 55:8 For My thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways My ways, saith the LORD. 9 For as the heavens are higher than the earth, so are My ways higher than your ways, and My thoughts than your thoughts.)
Yet, we have not understood the Living GOD of Israel, and what HE SAID through HIS Prophets.

On Prophets, we are given a by THE ALMIGHTY means of knowing HIS prophets. From the greatest to the least.

The greatest prophet is Moses, evidence for this statement: “Numbers 12:6 And He said: ‘Hear now My words: if there be a prophet among you, I the LORD do make Myself known unto him in a vision, I do speak with him in a dream. 7 My servant Moses is not so; he is trusted in all My house; 8 with him do I speak mouth to mouth, even manifestly, and not in dark speeches; and the similitude of the LORD doth he behold; wherefore then were ye not afraid to speak against My servant, against Moses?’. “

Other Prophets: Deuteronomy 18:15 A prophet will the LORD thy God raise up unto thee, from the midst of thee, of thy brethren, like unto me; unto him ye shall hearken; 16 according to all that thou didst desire of the LORD thy God in Horeb in the day of the assembly, saying: ‘Let me not hear again the voice of the LORD my God, neither let me see this great fire any more, that I die not.’ 17 And the LORD said unto me: ‘They have well said that which they have spoken. 18 I will raise them up a prophet from among their brethren, like unto thee; and I will put My words in his mouth, and he shall speak unto them all that I shall command him. 19 And it shall come to pass, that whosoever will not hearken unto My words which he shall speak in My name, I will require it of him.20 But the prophet, that shall speak a word presumptuously in My name, which I have not commanded him to speak, or that shall speak in the name of other gods, that same prophet shall die.’ 21 And if thou say in thy heart: ‘How shall we know the word which the LORD hath not spoken?’ 22 When a prophet speaketh in the name of the LORD, if the thing follow not, nor come to pass, that is the thing which the LORD hath not spoken; the prophet hath spoken it presumptuously, thou shalt not be afraid of him.

While many signs a prophecies seem to be being fulfilled, there are things not yet accomplished that must be before the Last Day happens. We are very close, within a four years. What remains to be done, is likely to pick up speed as many seemingly impossible things have been accomplished and the last punishment and preparations for the final battle are underway. To see this, read the news on the internet and how the world is lining up to bring the remaining to completion.

How Smart Are You?

Here are some questions that will help you find out how smart you are, O.K.?

First Question: Is the GOD Of Abraham, GOD of Isaac, GOD of Jacob REAL?

Second Question: So, what does HE want from you?

Third Question: Exactly where will you find what HE WANTS?

Fourth Question: Where are HIS rules, teachings and Commands?

Fifth Question: So, Exactly what does HE require from you to be HIS?

1) Absolutely, Alive and Well. Put in another way, HE is the SAME NOW as when HE SAID LET THERE BE LIGHT. HE will belong after time is forgotten.

Seeking To Know What Is TRUTH

When I want to know THE LAW or the TRUTH, I always look to the Writings of Moses, aka, Written Torah, or the TORAH between the two sticks.

Why, when I want to Know what the Living GOD OF ISRAEL wants from me do I go there? “Numbers 12:7 My servant Moses is not so; he is trusted in all My house; 8 with him do I speak mouth to mouth, even manifestly, and not in dark speeches; and the similitude of the LORD doth he behold; wherefore then were ye not afraid to speak against My servant, against Moses?'”

So, if the GOD I TRUST, declares that Moses is the best source of information regarding what HE wants, WHO AM I TO SAY, I know better than Moses? My GOD has already declared Moses’s position, in that “he is trusted in all My house”, no one else has had this declaration by the ALMIGHTY. What a great referral.

I can also say that when anyone has tried to declare the “Writings of Moses” wrong, even myself; in studying those writings I have only found that the idea of an error was wrong and not the TORAH of Moses.

SO, for a long time now, instead of fighting against, I have sought to understand those writings better. What I have found and write about, is amazing and has connections to today’s world and events.

Consider please, that a document written more than 3,500 years ago, could tell of events today, 80 years ago, a 100 years ago and even 5996 years ago. How is this possible without error, and containing things we are only starting to discover in science, on and off our world. Conversations, declarations and statements then, give insight to our purpose(yours and mine) along with our relationship to the MASTER OF THE UNIVERSE.

A great puzzlement to me is: Why so few humans even want to know about HIM or why we should do what HE says?

A Strange Thing Happened

Originally written 20150820.

A strange thing happened yesterday. I went for a walk to see more of Jerusalem and found myself back to the Old City and to the area of the Wall. It was very hot again with very few people in the area. I turned around went the 4km back to where I am staying, to cool off a do some writing.

Later, at 20:00 (8:00p.m.) I went out to see about getting food and to just enjoy the cool of the evening. This means that I intentionally did not take a camera, computer, smart phone, digital notebook, or a Tanakh. So, I am not weighed down with any extras.

With no one to distract me, I am thinking on some of the things I have been writing regarding the soul. When all of a sudden a verse came to me like being hit by a basketball. The understanding of the verse changed as my perception of it changed. I needed to look it up, the verse, does it really say that or am I imagining this. But, I don’t have any form of Tanakh or Torah with me. I think where can I find one? Who can I ask?

As I am walking, I glance at people to discover if they might be carrying any of the books I need. I even stop a man similar in dress to myself and looks like he is carrying an Artscroll Tanakh, on King George St. Turns out it is just a prayer book. While all of this transpires, I have a need to get back to the Wall, to see the Place, with an urgency, the reason unknown.

There is a book store to the right as one goes down to the Kotel from Chabad St. It is open, I stop there to check my facts in an Artscroll and a Jerusalem Bible, I am correct in my memory of the verse.

I go down the last steps to an over look of the Kotel and the entrances. I thank the ALMIGHTY for the insight and wait. For what I do not know, but I wait and watch. The air is cool and with a nice breeze. The sky is clearer than at any time since my arrival, it is beautiful.

A half hour later I decide to leave, I still have not eaten. There are many people on the stairs, beggars, sellers of red thread, sellers of blessings. Even a book seller is now at the top of the stairs. The book seller approaches me and starts a conversation. He learns that I am from California. He glances over his selection of books to determine which one he might be able to sell me. I stop him and say, I have something for you. He stops to listen. I say “There are two verses in the Torah of Moses that prove, your soul is the SPIRIT OF GOD.” He turns to his friend which has also been looking for someone to sell, and asks “What’s a soul?”. They discuss it a little, they came to a decision and now they both are listening. I give them both verses from Genesis and explain the meaning I found. I start to leave, and the first turns back to me and says thank you.

I go get something to eat, feeling no more urgency. Was the discussion with the book sellers the reason for the evening events? There are no accidents, The ALMIGHTY has HIS reasons.

“Unconditional Love” ?

Is there any such thing as “Unconditional Love”?

Yes, A mother and/or a Father of a New Born. The reason there is “Unconditional Love” at that time is clear. Without “Unconditional Love”, the species would have died out long ago, because of this screeming, crying, loud, annoying, eating, peeing, messy, nasty little copy of a human, “Unconditionally TRUSTING YOU” to give them everything they require to survive. At that point, except in rare occasions, the parents are filled with “Unconditional Love” and commitment to this “bundle of joy” which is their future.

Maybe we should start with what we mean by “Unconditional Love”

Unconditional Love as:
1 :  not conditional or limited :  absolute, unqualified
 

The follow-on question must be: Except for that “Unconditional Love” between infant and parents is the above possible?

Other questions must follow:

Is there a limitation even between Child and Parent based on the age of the child?

If there is a Good and Righteous(one striving to do what is right) child and an Evil(one that does not care what you say is good and may actually strive to be against you or bad) child with the same parents, what should the parents do? Should you strive to always teach(reward good and punish bad behaviors) your values, so that they will be able to provide good in the world? I have heard arguments that you must treat both the same, with the love and compassion. Under that idea, you give only good to both and do not punish. Yet, in that answer are you teaching the good child to be bad(Why strive to be good when without effort I can have the same benefits?), and You now have no power to teach the bad to be good.

I observe it is not, allowing bad behavior to continue that brings change, but that applying a set of rules and consequences that do not change is the best process. Your word you must enforce for your children, then and only then do you deserve respect and you will be heard. Maybe not by the most evil doers, but most are not that evil, we simple teach them to be evil by not being worthy of trust and respect.

Strange but that is what the Living GOD Of ISRAEL has done. HIS rules are perfect. The consequences are also perfect.

Unconditional Love? When you have any expectation of behavior and benefit from your love, it is not “Unconditional Love”. Therefore “Unconditional Love” is only possible between a infant and its parents. Is it not greater love to teach(by your words and deeds) your expectations, then consequences for failure, and how to return, rather that to just give and expect nothing in return? As parents, our children are the seeds of the future, what are you growing with “Unconditional Love”.

Where have I learned or decided that this is the best understanding of LOVE, even “Unconditional Love”? The GOD OF OUR FATHERS, demonstrates and declares all of this and more in the Writings of Moses(TORAH, The Five Books of Moses, The First Five Book of most bibles) and in the Tanakh(Old Testament).

Does the LIVING GOD OF ISRAEL have Unconditional Love?

THE REWARD!

Leviticus 26:11 And I will set My tabernacle among you, and My soul shall not abhor you. 12 And I will walk among you, and will be your God, and ye shall be My people. 13 I am the LORD your God, who brought you forth out of the land of Egypt, that ye should not be their bondmen; and I have broken the bars of your yoke, and made you go upright.

Deuteronomy 28:1 And it shall come to pass, if thou shalt hearken diligently unto the voice of the LORD thy God, to observe to do all His commandments which I command thee this day, that the LORD thy God will set thee on high above all the nations of the earth. 2 And all these blessings shall come upon thee, and overtake thee, if thou shalt hearken unto the voice of the LORD thy God. . . . .9 The LORD will establish thee for a holy people unto Himself, as He hath sworn unto thee; if thou shalt keep the commandments of the LORD thy God, and walk in His ways. 10 And all the peoples of the earth shall see that the name of the LORD is called upon thee; and they shall be afraid of thee. . . .

THE CONSEQUENCES!

Leviticus 26:14 But if ye will not hearken unto Me, and will not do all these commandments; 15 and if ye shall reject My statutes, and if your soul abhor Mine ordinances, so that ye will not do all My commandments, but break My covenant; . . . .

Deuteronomy 28:15 But it shall come to pass, if thou wilt not hearken unto the voice of the LORD thy God, to observe to do all His commandments and His statutes which I command thee this day; that all these curses shall come upon thee, and overtake thee. . . . 69 These are the words of the covenant which the LORD commanded Moses to make with the children of Israel in the land of Moab, beside the covenant which He made with them in Horeb.

THE RETURN!

Deuteronomy 30:8 And thou shalt return and hearken to the voice of the LORD, and do all His commandments which I command thee this day. . . .

These are but a few examples of what I said above, but they are part of our Covenant(Contract) with the GOD of Our Fathers. I provide you with the references and links so that you do not need to trust me to tell you the truth. You can read it for yourself, and I really do recommend that you read and understand what our FATHER wants from You..

THE AMIGHTY as “My Father”

Jeremiah 3:4 Didst thou not just now cry unto Me: ‘My father, Thou art the friend of my youth.
Jeremiah 3:19 But I said: ‘How would I put thee among the sons, and give thee a pleasant land, the goodliest heritage of the nations!’ And I said: ‘Thou shalt call Me, My father; and shalt not turn away from following Me.’

Unconditional Love from Master Of The UNIVERSE, GOD? Yes, as a parent to an infant, but we are expected to learn and grow, and so are given HIS TEACHINGS, which we should absolutely perform. If we error(sin), we can return, to OUR FATHER.
