A Question Of Timing

Recently, I heard a Rabbi say that a young man asked him? If God is so powerful why did creation take six days instead of one?

The answer is Timing!

Everything must happen when it is right to do so. For example: An infant 3 hours after birth cannot be a opera star, or at six hours after birth. Reason: the mouth, throat, teeth, lungs, muscle control, size and shape of the parts will change by the hour. So if you like the voice at hour six, by the time the baby had a nap, everything would be wrong and the sounds would change for many years to come.

The same with Creation described in Genesis 1. Each day had to have the previous days work in good shape, to be available for use on this day. The Master Of The UNIVERSE truly is wise and powerful, demonstrated in HIS Creation.

The LORD gives an example of timing in”
Genesis 2:
4 These are the generations of the heaven and of the earth when they were created, in the day that the LORD God made earth and heaven.
5 No shrub of the field was yet in the earth, and no herb of the field had yet sprung up; for the LORD God had not caused it to rain upon the earth, and there was not a man to till the ground;
6 but there went up a mist from the earth, and watered the whole face of the ground.
7 Then the LORD God formed man of the dust of the ground, and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life; and man became a living soul.

And so it was at the Beginning. It was the same in all of the Written TORAH, everything is in the perfect time.

In the story of Jacob and the Ladder.
Genesis 28:
13 And, behold, the LORD stood beside him, and said: ‘I am the LORD, the God of Abraham thy father, and the God of Isaac. The land whereon thou liest, to thee will I give it, and to thy seed.
14 And thy seed shall be as the dust of the earth, and thou shalt spread abroad to the west, and to the east, and to the north, and to the south. And in thee and in thy seed shall all the families of the earth be blessed.
15 And, behold, I am with thee, and will keep thee whithersoever thou goest, and will bring thee back into this land; for I will not leave thee, until I have done that which I have spoken to thee of.’

Well there are some interesting items in this.
1) We actually don’t know where this place is exactly. So assume that this land is in the Land promised to Abram.
2) So Jacob’s seed are to be the “dust of the earth”, yet the Jews were approximately 12,000,000 people 2,300 years ago. In 2015 approx 14.2 million Jews in the world. I don’t think that is the dust yet. Estimates by other sources indicate 11.3 million Jews in 1900 and 13.4 million in 2010. (This part of the promise is not done.)

By comparison the The United Nations did determine, and celebrate, the “Day of 5 Billion” on July 11, 1987, and the “Day of 6 Billion” on October 12, 1999. The “Day of 7 Billion” was declared by the Population Division of the United Nations to be October 31, 2011.[https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/World_population]

Somebody is dust of the earth, but the Jews are not they, Yet! So maybe the point is the Children of Jacob not the Tribe of Judah. Not hidden, just not known where they are. Maybe this will be in the world to come and not this world. (Too many are still hidden, from the descendants of Jacob.)

The world is growing in population, power, money, greed and such, why is the world still here?

All of the prophecies are not completed. In short, it is not yet Time. We can look and know that the time is soon, based on what has been completed.

Now, like the young since the beginning, we still say, “Why does the LORD make us go through all of this terror?”, “Why not end it now?” or, I hear this one a lot; “Why doesn’t HE just make everybody good?”.

If that were HIS purpose, for everyone one to be “good”, then HE would MAKE them all good. No Choices, just perform as HE programmed you. Also, HE could just end everything and no one could say HE was accountable or a failure or anything at all; for we would not be or would not know the difference.

It does seem that HE has HIS reasons, which I have written about, but will not present now. I will present that if HE decided to change a rule or a prophecy, it would be changed and we would never know the difference. Hence, everything HE declared will happen, as HE declared them. Everyone of them will be, it the proper time.

HE awaits those Souls (HIS SPIRIT) in the dirt (flesh), which choose with intentionality, to seek HIM and HIS paths of righteousness. These are HIS children. In many ways everyone of us are created in HIS Image for each has a portion of HIS Spirit in the flesh(soul), although we are NOT HIM. Yet, as our FATHER, we are to learn from HIM.

Each soul is given challenges, opportunities for growth and learning, then tested again. Like an athlete training or students in school, taught, quizzed, taught and tested. A soul may not desire more than what the body sees and desires which is controlled by the dirt. That soul was like will not go forth. Proof text: Isaiah 27:

10 For the fortified city is solitary, a habitation abandoned and forsaken, like the wilderness; there shall the calf feed, and there shall he lie down, and consume the branches thereof. 11 When the boughs thereof are withered, they shall be broken off; the women shall come, and set them on fire; for it is a people of no understanding; therefore He that made them will not have compassion upon them, and He that formed them will not be gracious unto them.

All souls fall in the range of Good to Bad, valuable or worthless of witless. You might ask, “valuable or worthless”? Consider that the more we learn about our universe, from the smallest of small, to the galaxies and star systems, complexity and simplicity abound, making impossible that this universe was an accident, and justifying the CREATOR.

I have been told by many that they just will not and cannot accept GOD, or a CREATOR, not from evidence, but with absolute stubborn intent. So be it. It is Your Choice. I am only attempting to let you know what you may not have considered.

So here it is. What else can I do with this information, and understanding?

The LORD, HIS prophets and I recommend: Stop doing evil, and do what The LORD defined as right and stop doing evil.

Everything in Creation is about a Question of Timing! Not mine; not yours but HIS. Whether your life ends in one hour, one month or 10 years, only HE knows when your time is up. Maybe it would be good to act as if your SOUL depends on what you do next, for it really DOES, Always. Until that time, you can make amends for most things by your actions and choices.

What will you do? Me? I already strive to understand the Laws and Teachings of The LORD Written at Moses’s Hand(TORAH), and strive to be an example always, with HIS guidance and mercy of course.

A question of Timing, how much is left? Is there enough for me to change? Is this all of this true?

What if I wait and just ask for forgiveness at the end. This HE Has addressed already:

Ezekiel 18:

26 When the righteous man turneth away from his righteousness, and committeth iniquity, he shall die therefore; for his iniquity that he hath done shall he die.
27 Again, when the wicked man turneth away from his wickedness that he hath committed, and doeth that which is lawful and right, he shall save his soul alive.
28 Because he considereth, and turneth away from all his transgressions that he hath committed, he shall surely live, he shall not die.

You must have time to: “doeth that which is lawful and right, he shall save his soul alive.” A question of Timing.

Maybe it is better to just do what is Lawful and Right, to be HIS means you get to enjoy the blessings HE gives to HIS Children, not in you time, nor in mine but in HIS Time.

IT is to our benefit to HEARKEN until the LIVING GOD OF ISRAEL, and to our pain and shame to do otherwise.

My prayer is that The LORD grant you eyes that see, ears that hear and an understanding heart, then you return unto HIM soon!(Isaiah 6: 9 And He said: ‘Go, and tell this people: hear ye indeed, but understand not; and see ye indeed, but perceive not. 10 Make the heart of this people fat, and make their ears heavy, and shut their eyes; lest they, seeing with their eyes, and hearing with their ears, and understanding with their heart, return, and be healed.’)
